Last updated: 1 November 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this Website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have — in plain language.
01Who we are
This website, aisoftware.plenitude.co.in (the “Website”), is operated by Plenitude AI and Softwares (“Plenitude”, “we”, “us”), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below.
This policy is published in accordance with the DPDP Act, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
02Personal data we collect
We only collect what we need. You can browse the entire Website without giving us any personal data.
| When | What we collect |
|---|---|
| You send an enquiry (Contact page) | Name, company (optional), email address, budget range, the services you are interested in, your message, and a record of your consent (date and time). |
| You subscribe to our newsletter | Email address and a record of your consent (date and time). |
| Any form submission | A one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with your submission. |
| Any visit | Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date/time) for security and reliability. See section 5. |
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as passwords, financial information, health data or biometric information through this Website. Please do not include such information in your message.
03Why we use it (purpose and consent)
We process your personal data only on the basis of your consent, and only for the purposes below:
- to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a proposal or estimate;
- to send the newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- to keep the Website secure and protect it from spam and abuse;
- to comply with legal obligations.
We ask for your consent with a clear checkbox before you submit a form. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
04Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The Website stores a few small preferences in your own browser (such as light/dark theme). Details are in our Cookie Policy.
06How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after your last contact with us, after which they are deleted automatically — unless they become part of a contract, in which case they are kept as long as the law requires.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
- Server logs: as per our hosting provider’s standard log retention.
07Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
- correct, complete or update inaccurate personal data;
- erase your personal data, where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected;
- withdraw consent at any time — as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity;
- grievance redressal — see section 9.
To exercise any right, email support@plenitude.co.in from the address you used with us. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first.
08How we protect it
We use reasonable security practices consistent with the IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to authorised staff with strong passwords, hashed IP addresses, automatic deletion after the retention period and regular software updates. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India of a personal data breach where the law requires.
09Children
This Website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10Grievance Officer
If you have a question or complaint about how we handle your personal data, please contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
